NOS 455 Timing Cover

See pics. Looks like someone dressed the oil pan flange area. Has 12 degree mark (not sure what's correct). I'd keep it but I have two 350's to build (have NOS covers for ea. but would consider partial trade towards this for another). My Stage 1 engine is done & I don't see myself building any more 455's anytime soon.
