starting to look for a Buick again, strictly for driving purposes so no heavily modified cars . I am a stock/original appearing kind of guy. I'm in no rush, by next summer would be my wish. Looking for a car needing nothing but a driver , bench seat arm rest automatic preferred , black or white interior , all colours but gold or brown. Price range 20-30k depending on how nice and distance from vancouver . Bc . If in Canada even better. Prefer it to be a Buick guy car not some Craigslist or kiiji ad. There must be a few nice 350 cars tucked away as they don't seem to pop as much no more. Thanks Bill
Thanks for the plug Jason. Here's a link to my ad here on the forum. http://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/1972-gs-350-for-sale.340619/
PS: good to see you "jumping back in the fold", Bill . Hopefully we will meet (in person) one of these years, with Mike, Chris, Mark, and the rest of them.. The drinks will be on me!
The dust has settled, Mike... I just have to regroup now... As you know, I am now hunting for 70 parts. I should have this one done in 2-3 years.
That would be nice George, looking at what Adam did with the old red gsx for Mike made me think about getting a nice little driver to amuse myself again. . Just phoned Vern and touched base with Mike , see if it works out, Vern says he has a way to go. I think that Chicago show looks pretty amazing, usually Mike and I meet up in Phoenix or Vegas Barrett Jackson, that guy gets around, hate to add all the miles on his odometer . Lol
Glad I was able to help you light the fire again, Bill! It would be awesome to see you make it to Chicago.
/ When I make the first quarter cut! "That would be nice George, looking at what Adam did with the old red gsx for Mike made me think about getting a nice little driver to amuse myself again. . The 72 came out great!!! Did Mike show you the red 69 Stage that was finished last year? Or did he tell you about giving me a ride in the 72 blue 4 speed- which had no brakes?!?!? LOL... ALL 3 of those cars came out fantastic!!!
