I was there and it is a full-on pro-mod. Just how streetable, I am not sure. Dave's new Goliath looks a lot like the last one and it still has the basic form of a real box Nova. I have a lot of pics but I can't get them to upload. Size mattered.
big chief took it up more than a notch with losing all the weight he's in a different class but i'm sure for tv they will get it on
Not sure. I saw Kye's car and talked with him awhile. Nice guy. His car is no joke, but no ProMod either. It actually looks like a street car. We are now doing an intake for Jerry Monza Johnston. I may have got the ball rolling on some stuff for other guys as well. Check us on Farsebook: Visner Engine Development. I took most of the PRI pics. Kye took a loss last week to Birdman. Look like he got out of the groove but it still would've been close. http://www.dragzine.com/news/birdman-defeats-kye-kelley-for-15000-at-redemption-4-0-no-prep/
Birdman's new car is serious. Less weight, better chassis. Not many guys can drive his car. Look how tall he is. When his arms are extended the dude has one helluva wingspan!
Is James "Birdman" Finney a real tall guy too?? (Or are you referring to David "bird" Jones? I knew he's like 7' tall!) I know Birdman got his nickname from racing a firebird, and I've heard his new car is absolutely killing it at the no-preps.
