Any updates on the heads
Intake sample machining still on for June 18th - July 2nd?

 

I just got off the phone with Tim from TA performance! Tim says that they are working on making the core box, to send to the foundry.... Tim also said that the intakes will be ready in a few months!

I asked about the heads and he said they are also moving allong very well so that is great news as well!!! With any luck we will have the heads this fall! I am sure glad I am first in line to get my heads and intake.... Exciting stuff!

I asked when I put an order in Tuesday..He really didn't tell me much except what we all already knew here from forum.
I'll buy them when they come avail..don't see a point in pre order to tie money up for months on in...

do you have any pics or drawing for the new intake? I would like to see some to see if I can make a blower intake out of it.

And Mike,if you can,please let us know what chamber CC size the heads will have for those of us in the process of a sbb 350 build. This will help people that are building(or planning a build) a 350 to get the pistons that will make the wanted compression when we swap to the aluminum TA sbb 350 heads. As you know there isn't much aftermarket piston support for the sbb 350 and customs are expensive,would be nice to only have to buy them once and balance once.Thanks in advance.

You can get mls gaskets made. It they'll cost around 300
W/o group buy..
When I talked with Tim this past Friday he said
Intake will be end of the year
So def next year for heads

 

Just talked to a company in Minisota that can water jet them for around that price and have a few emails out to couple others I'm waiting on,will shop around a bit more. Also found a place in Thialand,LOL.

Yeah that may be Gaskets to go..which is who I went through
You'll just have to buy a felpro gasket as a template as I don't think he kept the ok be I sent years back

 

Has anyone heard any updates? I am crazy excited about getting my single plane..

 

most likely a couple more months for the intake..and sometime next year for the heads...my guess would be end of 2nd quarter
