Our New 1963 Buick LeSabre 2 door Hardtop Just bought this (22 April 14) in Wisconsin and immediately got on the Mother Road, Route 66 in Chicago and driving it to Arizona where we live. LOVE this car!
Re: Our New 1963 Buick LeSabre 2 door Hardtop Really nice.... I'm extremely envious of your drive home... one day I'll do the same!
My baby got some new shoes today. I also fixed the sticky gas pedal. Next on the list is new rear tires, new center link, insurance, and registration.
My 67 GS 400 finally finished After 6 months of rebuilding the complete drive train from radiator to rear end an all parts in between the car is finally done and yesterday I got to put all of 17 miles on it and today another 14 miles. Will be adding aftermarket air soon and continue to tweak the car to make it a very nice driver but not a 400 point show car. .
Sat for almost the last 2 years.. just did tires, front end, track bar bushings, shocks.. drove her from NY to Detroit and back without a hiccup !
My '56 Special.... I bought this car 3 days ago in northern Ohio and drove it 230 miles back to my home in Kentucky. It had a frame-on restoration in 1996-97. In 3 weeks I'm getting the roof painted black....
Similar situation to Rogbo. Picked this up in December, but gives me a reason to work all winter in an ice cold garage :Brow:
Re: My 67 GS 400 finally finished Hi Chuck. The car looks awesome. I am in the process of adding a few improvements to my 67 GS 340, and one of the upgrades I want to add is power disc in the front. I notices the power brake booster in your photos and was curios what set up you purchased. I found one kit that would accommodate the OEM 14 inch rally wheels (from The Right Stuff), but curious if there was something else out there? http://www.jegs.com/i/Right-Stuff/965/AFXDC14/10002/-1 Also, what size booster is that (11")? The kit above comes with a 9" which I thought might be too small? Anyway, your car looks awesome. Here is a photo of my 340 I am putting finishing touches on.
