Does anybody have a drawing / dimensions for the cylinder deck? Being a CNC machine shop owner, I reckon I can just make one, but I need to know the dimensions first. Does anybody have the bolt and bore locations already drawn out?

Check that companies return policy. Buy one of the plates and measure what you need to make your own. Then return the product for money back minus some shipping costs....
Well, considering I just dropped $1000 at TA, about to drop $4000 on engine I don't look forward to adding another $600 in just because.
You may be able to rent one from a board member or Buick Parts vendor. I would ask around if I were you. Larry
A good operator can pull All the measurements off a headgasket.. Its not like your building a part for a submarine.
Nah, thats too hard to machine out with all the cast iron and passages. How thick do these need to be? If I finish a piece of 1-1/4" x 6-1/4 wide and 20-3/4 steel, that should be good enough right?
Well hell, that sounds easy enough. Any chance you could snap a pic of that plate and send it to me? Doesn't hurt to have a plan before making one.
Tomorrow no problem I can send it faster as a text if not it won’t be till later in the day Via the forum
Well I own a torque plate now! 1.900" thick which is the same as the shorter head bolt dimensions so I can just use 10 of the short head bolts and its good. Took too long to make it, but I'm happy with my results.
well well well I see your location. Im in Vancouver building a 482 right now. ANd I see you have a torque plate......
