Or is it a Stage 2?? In all seriousness, I wish I had this guy's enthusiasm. And this car, too. Check out the comments in this one. Engine is in. I keep seeing Frank's lids popping up in some big money cars as of late, too.
It's like the guy from Long Beach out here who had the show on motor trend I think it's RMD garage or something.
What Joe said, he's in CA. He's purchased parts from me before for that car a few years ago. there was a youtube channel or TV show when he was restoring it.
Videos are a few years old Went up for sale shortly after it was done 200k and you still can't get the emblems in the right location.
Hey I forgot to mention I found the stage 2 build sheet when I had the dash apart back in the late 80's All kidding aside the triple black stage one did turn out great in the end. It's probably in the high end collection right now.
Frank, That's probably the same channel that's in the links I posted. That master cylinder looks weird, too.
Brett, I did not look at the links, but I recognized the guy and the car. It's just another one of those 2100 or so 1970 triple black Stage 1 'verts built. lol I do remember the guy's handle and name, now. It was "Scared Shiftless", Mark Boice (sp), has a resto shop in CA. He bought some high end NOS detailing stuff from me, belts, bezels, seals or something like that. I think the car was finished years ago.
Watched the videos and in addition to the few detailing errors, including the mis-aligned Stage 1 fender emblems........................ what about that 4-spoke Oldsmobile steering wheel fellas? That's crazy for a car of this caliber.
Except the first one about the holy build sheet, that's a complete waste of time, so skip it. I also noticed the 4 Spoke steering wheel and the Made in China $40 master Cylinder.
