Hello! Thanks for adding me. Recently picked up a '67 LeSabre. Doesn't run and didn't have keys. I took the door apart and got the number for the lock. Locksmith made a key. It works in the door and ignition. Does not work on trunk. Can anyone tell me if the trunk key is different? Thanks!
Welcome from near Atlanta! Yes, in ‘67 the ignition and door are one key, the trunk and glovebox is the other key. Patrick
to remove the glove box lock cylinder: http://442restoration.homestead.com/442BRO_Glove_Box_Lock.html this is a 1965 olds, but i think its the same as a 67 buick
if you remove the upper section of the rear seat, you will be able to remove the lock bolts in the trunk you only need a lot of extensions for your ratchet and..... MAYBE THE KEYS ARE IN THE TRUNK!
