Before New England throws sub zero temps and snow at us we get a treat to some beautiful foliage. Today was a perfect fall day for a spin in the Electra. The Quabbin Park is just a few miles from my house so what's not to like?
Ha! For a laugh I Googled that and... https://www.imcdb.org/v016102.html The site is dedicated to finding cars in movies. Was a beautiful day to be out for sure. Hope everyone had the same good fortune. Bob
I love fall, it's my favorite time of the year. We spent 10 years in Florida and I was bored to death without the change of seasons. Here it's hit and miss depending on the weather but the trees are just beginning to turn. Maybe at 25% of their color at this point but it happens fast once it starts and we hope we don't get any heavy rain and high winds before they reach peak. My wife and I will take a Saturday or Sunday and take off in search of the best colors. Heck, if the weather forecast is for bad weekend weather I'll just take a day off and go during the week. Thanks for posting those pictures.
yeah , parents used to live up in Cambridge , ny area . the Manchester/Arlington/bennington Vermont area was just across the border . very nice fall drive time , distractingly dangerous sometimes . especially weekend traffic with the leaf watchers .
Morning view from upstairs solarium and looking down the street. Can't work the Wildcat in 10 mins from downtown!
It's the left side of the aluminum radiator. You can also make out the right side in this and other pics. I had considered putting some matt black paint on it to stop it showing up so much.
It is kinda eye catching in the pics, but that said, alu rads are a kinda cool upgrade (pun intended)
