Interesting. It has a 140 mph speedo, and the console inserts are black. Wasn't that out of a 65? Did they have 140 speedos in 63? Shouldn't the console inserts be lumber like the doors? Otherwise, it would make a nice project, and the colour combination is interesting. The price is right as long as the frame is still solid.
120 mph was only on the very early '63s, after I BELIEVE the first month went to 140 mph. Early in production run either way. My car has the leatherette on the console and deluxe door panels originally. Could come either way.
My dad’s ‘63 has a 140 mph speedo, leather, twilight sentinel, and a numbers matching 425. I’ll see if I can dig up more pictures. It’s loaded.
