This is all too funny. Sounds like this thread sent at least three of us to McDonald’s. I had my Royale with cheese.
i never had a Hawaiian burger but I did have a burger at Hardee’s on the big Island after a helicopter ride over the active volcano. The wife wasn’t feeling too great after the ride so she passed. It was quite a jarring ride I have to admit. Incredible though.
The news report on the Philly station said the ship was en route to the Netherlands... apparently one of the largest drug hubs. It's unknown how much of the 'cargo' was destined for the US. Ship sailed from Peru. The suspect cargo was loaded onto the ship from 14 smaller boats while at sea. So far, 6 crew members have been arrested. Some were promised payments of $50k+ for help in moving the cargo. It would be cool to see a documentary someday about the whole story, from the village growers near Peru, to the distributors in Europe. It's quite the global operation.
On my side the port of LA and Long Beach this is a know thing. Drugs, guns, people, basically anything u want. Publicity goes to the boarder but the ports is where it's at. Oh yeah plus the trains, and airports. CIA, DEA, Atf and all the alphabet boys gotta a boss. And there boss has a Boss. And big boss will kill if you mess with his product. I wonders who's neck will be rang for this bust. And I also wonder even thought it is in police custody if it will get redistrubied within our own country or shipped out.
I think the one of the cartel guys watched the movie Contraband a few times and thought "hey Mark Wahlberg can do it so can I, we'll never get caught" lol
