Jim was this a trans brake or foot brake launch what rpm. Any clue of flash rpm. I have a 464 that runs mid 10s in a 3850lbs 9inch tire gs. We are a transbrake car, but so far with several converter setups I have yet to get much better than 1.50 60s. I was also getting these 60 times when running low 12s.
Footbrake launch. It will work with transbrake too. Around 5000 stall. It would work very well for your setup.
How many passes or miles would you say this has on it? What was your power level? My car should be pushing close to 700lbs. Tq. Motor isnt done yet so hard to say if this would work for me or not.
Jim How would this work on a street car? Is it too loose? I have 600hp at 6,000 rpms. Over 600TQ at 5200 and over 500TQ from 3000 rpms on up.
It wouldnt be too loose for me, but I cant speak for anyone else. It will be a tire roaster for sure!
