Looking to finish my car and looking for vintage parts. All parts please. Need some help from you guys finding the final parts. Thank you.
Hi rob,I have in my hands right now a fuel gauge [ Kenny bell ]its like new.It has the original mounting bracket. If you want,I can send you a picture of it,just will need your E-Mail address.I think I might have another type of gauge also,I'll have to look. Bruno.
I have one of those big footprint shaped chrome gas pedals. It isnt Kenne Bell but you could write KB on it with a Marks-a-lot.......
Chris,I sent you a E-Mail but I don;t think you got it.Just send me your address and I'll send you the fuel gauge and just tell me if you want it.Bruno.
No problem Jim. If you still have it was it the one you used when you ran Dave in the shootout? If so I might be interested
That was a great running car you had that day. Who knows how big his engine was and it's tough for us when we just never had a race engine like they do. I was real proud of how great your car ran. You have good running cars and beautiful ones to. Have a great week Jim.
Jim, who does a real good running Qjet these days? Me and Norme Diele used to do them back in the day but he never showed me or Rob Ross all the tricks. Working on my black 72 for next year. Just left the motor at Gary Payne's to do a few things for next season and Someone Stole lots of parts from my garage and shop so all my good race Qjets got taken as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Chris
Mark Northcutt on the board here did 3 for me from street to full race. They all run perfect. His business is Quadrajet Power. I recommend him highly. Very fair pricing, excellent quality and quick turnaround. I have 2 70 Stage carbs Im going to send him as well.
What heads are you running? I have a NOS KB Mark5M mushroom cam along with the correct nos mushroom lifters. But would require a good set of Stg2 heads. I don't think I'll ever use them...
I am running Stage1 heads. That's a massive cam from what I hear. I wish I had a set of Stage2 heads. Someday. Thank you for the offer of the parts.
