http://www.ebay.com/itm/192282786328?ul_noapp=true A little pricy . Maybe he has the VIN # from either the engine OR the trans.
Without the correct distributor and carb, there is no reason to believe it will enhance the value of any GS. You still have a standard bore in a used block after a rebuild. This would make me want to know the engine builder because it seems odd. The seller has set the minimum bid at 10K. I see a ? engine rebuild and a BB trans that needs a rebuild. So, I would say 2-3K tops given the risk and the fact it will never make a stage 1 car worth any more unless it is the missing trans and engine for that particular body.
I questioned him about that thru E-bay and he told me to call him. I really didn't want to talk to him because I know I would hear a lot of BS . I just wanted the VIN. Like Jim Lore said : Not the correct carb or Distributor and a rebuild of a standard block ?????? Not worth my time . He thinks he has something that is priceless . $10,000 ?? Good Luck
Go ahead and do it, Brett . I'm ready for a good laugh . I'd do it but I don't think I could keep myself composed enough . I'd probably laugh my A$$ off while on the phone.
Good to know, I'll list everything I have for sale for $9,132. Or 8,999 more than my feedback rating. PS Not my engine nor do I have anything for sale on eBay at this time.
I had to google "miced", as I had no idea what he was attempting to say. I was wondering if mice lived in it!
