Pleae Excuse my Technology Ignorance but I find your system difficult navigate!

I have tried multiple times to post pictures from my phone to your message board but find it impossible for me to accomplish!
Any help would be greatly appreciated?

 

From your phone can be difficult. I find it has something to do with file size. If you have a way to compress the pictures on your phone before posting that seems to work best. I either post mine temporarily to Facebook to get the compression, or email them to myself in which my phone gives me the option to compress the file sizes.

 

Make sure that your photos are not too big in bytes and/or dimensions:

 

Email them to yourself and save them to the hard drive on your home computer. From there posting will be easy.

 

Is there a minimum number of posts that must be met prior to images being able to be posted?

 

No, that's something from years ago when there was a 10 posts minimum for attachments and using URL's.
Some people think that's still the case, but it's not.
