This is an amazing young female guitar player named Gabriella Quevedo.Watch as she plays Hotel California, playing 4 parts - rhythm and lead guitar, voice and percussion. The intro takes over a minute, so have patience. She covers a lot of pop songs.

Always been a fan of the guitarist John Cipollina. He's most famous for being in Quicksilver Messenger Service, but he was in another band that lasted only one album:

Trivia: What band(s) was his brother in?

I could listen to Clapton & Winwood all night. Winwood is a premier keyboard player. One of my favorites:

That song - the name - reminded me of this obscure group, which I believe was from Long Island. This appeared on a major label.

If you listen to their other songs, they sound like the Young Rascals and other Long Island groups with a pop bent.

Not quite in the same vein other than being from metro NYC, here's an ultra-rarity from Staten Island. By this time, the influence of the Young Rascals had been replaced by another hometown hero: Vanilla Fudge.

Here's one from Leonard Cohen which I remember from years ago. Has a few borderline racy scenes within, thus I rate it as PG 13.

Me too. Clapton is the prince of the squeakers, though. When playing acoustic.

The king of the squeakers: Greg Lake. Awesome song.
