Is there a setting to turn on/enable where when someone replies to my thread that I can see? Vs just popping in the threads and seeing if there has been any activity..

Yep. There's a "subscribe" option that'll alert you when you log in of any replies. I personally use tapatalk on my smartphone, and any thread I'm subscribed to that gets a reply sends a nearly instant notification to my phone.

 

Where is the subscribe button

 

Toward the upper right hit "Thread Tools". A drop down menu will open and you'll see "subscribe to thread". Should be good to go

 

In the thread tools drop down....I like "instant notification via email"

Go to the top right of this screen and click on Settings

In the next screen, scroll down until you see My Settings on the left.

Select General Settings, and scroll down until you see Messaging & Notification in the next screen.
At Default Thread Subscription Mode you select Instantly, using email.



IMPORTANT!!!
Don't forget to scroll down and click on Save Changes. :Smarty:

Now you will receive an email notification from replies in every thread you have started yourself, or every thread you replied in :beer
