I really need to make room in my workshop and have been selling a lot of stuff recently to clear it out. Some stuff I have is not selling and in a few weeks I'm taking a load of Buick hardware to get recycle for a few bucks. So far I have the following in the back of my truck destined for the recycle center: (all of which have nothing wrong with them and are in good condition) -'68 430 bare block in good condition. -'66 2bbl intake manifold -'67 4bbl intake manifold -'67 2bbl intake manifold -'67 340 heads -'66 300 heads -Two '67 passenger side front wheel wells -'70 455 block (cylinder #6 should be sleeved, otherwise a good block) -'68 430 valve covers, (they are all bulged out and to me not any good to sell, but if you want you can have for free, just pay for shippping) -'68 430 center sump oil pan (it has a pin hole in the bottom) free to a good home. There is much much more misc stuff but haven't decided yet whether to keep or not. If anyone wants any of this stuff, just pay for shipping and a small donation for the packaging and gas I'll use (your discretion) and it's yours. Thank you,
Looking for a control cable for defroster on 66 skylark. It's approximately 20" long with blue tabs. Any possibilities?? Car is A/C model don't kknow if that makes any difference on defroster cable. Thanks
I have one '67 passenger fender left. you can have it for $15 plus shipping. It is not pretty and has mild to moderate surface rust but I believe it can be resurrected by a good body man. The person I got it from had poured paint remover on it and never finished the task.
Gulfgears, I'll look for those cables. If '67 uses the same ones I may have one... maybe. I'll look tonight. Thank you,
If he doesn't have the door handle, I am sure i do. i have a 66 parts car that I still have to pick up. keeps getting delayed due to the snow we keep getting. Tentatively grabbing it this weekend. Let me know if Todd doesn't have it. Ditto the defroster cable. Tom
Hello, After looking I found one good drivers side door handle. I don't really have any cables so far that are what I would call "good enough" to sell to anyone. But I'll keep looking for that. The fender is my last one. I do have one last battery tray for a '67 but it is rusty. I don't know if anyone can work any magic with it, like for example fiberglass and POR15 might work? I'll send pics of both the door handle and the battery tray today when I get home. Thank you,
Here is the handle and the battery tray pictures. I know the battery tray is rusty but if you can still use it. I'll give it to you for the cost of shipping How about $5 +shipping for the door handle?
I have a drivers side door handle with minor pitting on top for $5 plus shipping. Also my last '67 fender is still available, the one I posted pics of earlier in this thread
Don't have the car body anymore. the only body parts I have left now is the one passenger fender, some front stainless wheel well trim, one drivers door and one passenger door (was a two door hardtop car) about four rear quarter glass (non tinted) and one passenger side front inner fender well. That's it for body parts. Thank you,
Is the 68 center sump oil pan the same as a stock one? If not (it has some sort of benefit over stock) ill take it. Also...that 455 would still be perfect for me if only someone could please bring it to meo No: Thanks Adrian
I do have the center sump oil pan. But it has a pin hole in the bottom so I never bothered to post it. I might be coming into a good center sump oil pan this weekend... maybe. Have you checked craigslist in your area? check these out for engines: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/1103229535.html This engine sounds like something you may want to check out. This person says he has most of what you need except rods and I have those if you need them. Let me know how it works out for you. Thank you,
I had a '67 Skylark hood, but a friend of mine has it now. I'm not sure if he evens wants it. I'll contact him and see if he still has it. However the tip was dented in a little and there was one other small dent in it. Other then that it was solid, no rust. Thank you,
Hey Todd, I'm interested in the fender if it's still available? You don't happen to be going to the Mt Vernon swap tomorrow by chance? Thanks, Tim
Hello Tim, No, I will be working to late and too much to do. I will be going to the Greyhound depot either tomorrow (Friday) evening or Saturday before 5:00pm to ship a couple packages. I can meet you there if you like and you can inspect the fender there or you can come up to my house and see if there are any other '67 stuff you need. I'm home all day on Sunday. Let me know what you want to do. Thank you, Todd Cole 360.895.4227
