Can't be sure but I would think so as the T and T column was an option in the 75 Electra and I don't think G M would have made a lot of Variations of the T and T column for all different models . Let me know what you find out . I want to put a T and T from a caddy in my 69 Electra but I think my endevor might be easier as the 69 Electra Convertible is the same as the Caddy Convertible

You would need the measurements of the wheel to the firewall plate . Measurement of the wheel to the end of the rag joint Measurement of the firewall plate to the dash attaching slots . And it looks like the shift lever knob is broken off . You need to compare these measurements to what you have now . Good luck getting the seller to supply them .
I would find someone with a Hollander interchange book and do some digging. The Cadillac stuff is a bit of a wildcard compared to the normal BOPC stuff.
