The crazy part of that photo to me is that the Disc looks clean like the car has been driven a long way with the ratchet stuck there.
The mechanic who did the work is still looking around and wondering "now where did I lay that ratchet?"
NAAAH! Can't be a 10 MM socket: It has been found. Therefore, it can NOT be a ten MM. YOU KNOW THE RULES!!!
LOL, been there! Hex socket stuck on caliper bolt, "Where TF did it go? hmmmmmm, couldnt be, YEP!" Now I still havent found my Snap On locking pivoting head rat ****
Found a pair of my pliers inside of a AC unit I last been at 2 years before. So thats where they went! Was Bob Vilas Robo Grips. the small set , I like them pliers!
I love finding free tools. I once found 2 Snap On sockets blocking off a heater core in a 83 corvette.
Back in college a guy I worked with left a ratchet with a 3" extension and a socket on a Caravan. I can't remember exactly what he was changing but the bolt was on the rear axle and it was vertical. Once he let the van off the lift the ratchet was pinned to the floor of the van. The customer came back a few days later saying the van rode terrible and was making a hellacious noise. We never saw him again...
