We do not have a car show but do have any area for display on Saturday. Friday is test-n-tune with a gamblers race in the afternoon. Gates open 9 on Friday and racing starts around 10 till 4. You could easily make 40 or more passes on Friday. Saturday is alittle busy but usually still can make 4 time shots before racing starts. Payouts will be $6500 or more and they will be posted later today by Doug Hecker our race director. There is plenty of prize money for all the classes and we thank our generous sponsors for their donations. Hope to see you there.:beer
I will be there Friday and Saturday with the "SPORTWAGON FROM HELL". My son Tony is trying to get his 70 White GSX out with a Stock engine and play alittle or his 84 black Regal with a 70 GS 350 engine, GNX wheels that is FOR SALE. I don't have the skill to win racing but hope I get lucky and take some cash home!!!! See Ya Friday
Entry fee is $50 per day plus $10 for spectators. NHRA rules strickly enforced. They run a top notch track and take very good care of us. We have a very good relationship with the track and in turn we come prepared. Make sure your belts, license and chassis certs are up to date because there is nothing I or Doug can say to the track official to let someone race. If your car is not legal then don't bother coming! We want everyone to be safe!
