where to find replacement motor

    I have a 1971 Buick Skylark Convertable the Rag top motor has died and I need to replace it. I am not sure where to find a replacement motor. Any help would be appreciated.

    There are nany 350 Buick engines for sale on this Board and elsewhere. Used they are cheap. Another alternative is to have your curent engine rebuilt.

    Wow, your convertible top would be faster than many cars out there! :laugh:

    He also sells motors and services on e-bay. He's in Columbia SC.

    That would be my advice too... your town should have a good auto electric shop that can do it...ask at NAPA.
