Whats a ballpark price for a 67Lesabre400 Convertible in good condition?

I realize this is a pretty lame question but appreciate any opinions.

I am going to look at a car tomorrow that just became available.

I have not looked at the car closely but walked around it and saw no rust...

Just curious what a 67Lesabre400 Convertible would be worth if its in good overall condition, say 3.5 condition.

The car is not great but it is complete, pretty much and I could not find any rust except the surface rust under the car.

The core support and the bottom of the doors, fenders, quarter panel, trunk floor look good.

I expected it to be rusty.

The drivers quarter skin has been replaced many years ago because of an accident...

I dont think the front end is bent but the bumper needs rechromed...

Going to guess $5-7k depending on options.

 

I told the wife I would guess the lady was asking $10,000

I went and looked at it a little while ago, she is asking $8,000
I was thinking $6000

Its got AC, PS, PB and the power top.

I really dont have anywhere to keep this land yacht...

I'm puzzled as to why this '65 is so high. The car is VERY nice. I hope it is a true indication of the value.
