What is this windshield header panel called

    On a convertible skylark (72'), the top most fixed panel that the convertible top seals to. It has a vinyl type of fabric glued directly to it and runs the length of the windshield. Mine has a hole in it.

    Mine was badly rusted and I purchased a replacement part from TPP. I was happy with the quality and fit.
    Before removing the old part, weld several flat bars to the A-pillars to keep them fixed in correct position.

    Thank you so much... Just one of those items I could not figure out with creativity... even tried googling muffler bearing......
