Walker 17749 or 17748?

    I’m glad it helped! It is most noticeable in the car at light RPM. I bet with the AC on and windows up it would be almost as quiet as a new car.

    I didn’t include it in this video, but I did trim 3.5” off each mid pipe to get the tailpipes to sit where I wanted.

    My '71 is do for a new exhaust and have to install the TA shorty. Was looking at the Walker this time around and ditch the flowmaster. Just wasn't sure which walker to use, 49 or 48.

    What cam is that? It sounds great! What’s the rest of your combo and what’s it run?

    It’s a 70 455 bored .030, TA 284-88H cam, 70 iron heads with stage 1 valves and springs, edelbrock performer, everyday performance 800 CFM carb. I’ve never run it and probably won’t, but it needs a lot of fine tuning. It’s not very snappy.. yet
