This is exactly my setup, I couldnt find the proper hose to just trim so I sectioned it like you did. Yours is so much cleaner than mine though LOL. I will now be adding the overflow bottle like yours!

Napa 7315 looks like it will fit just fine.

FWIW I bought a 7315 it was to long. It needs to CTF just like the one in the first pic of this thread....

The 7315 on my 66 with a 4 row radiator. Still some hose available to be shortened at the water neck.

Thanks for showing the napa one there Bob. It looks the same as the Gates 20543 but you seem to have it fitting there. It must be just a bit shorter that the Gates one. I will have to see if I can get that one up here in Canada.

In all fairness this hose was on my car when I got it and the car hadn't been driven in years. Its entirely possible that this is an old version of the hose and the design has been changed slightly since then.

The hose that is on my motor/rad is also a hose that was on the car when I bought it...

When I was looking up the NAPA hose I found that NAPA hoses and belts are manufactured by Gates. I am guessing that the current hose is the same as the Gates 20543.
