Bruce, how you doing and hope youve healed up well. You left out the part of the huge favor you were offering to do for me. And I must have been caught up in the Christmas spirit as that was my favorite stand. I hope it serves you well. The Apollo is a whole lot of fun and after alot of thought "1OFNONE" plates are soon to be ordered, cant wait till spring. Take care:beer

    Carry,
Did you finally get it back? Is it as great as you thought? Man, we need details! What did you end up with in the motor, etc.?

Steve, Xllnt to hear from you again and hope all is well, Yep, pretty happy with how it turned out. Only been able to drive it @20-30 miles due to the weather, but we were all smiling the whole time. Had to swallow my pride when I farmed out the installation but the results have me looking in there knowing that I couldnt have pulled it off this nice. Lots of lessons learned as well, mainly dont put a 9" rear end in one of these things unless you have to, what a mess this one turned out to be. They got it worked out but I wouldnt do it again. It handles better than I expected which is a plus because I was pretty worried about that. The switch pitch is a neat piece that should be alot of fun. Went with the cam we discussed when you were here, remember my original goal was to have a stock looking, bare bones, sleeper type of car, well its right on the mark, till I start it. The wife and neighbors hate it, I love it. It seems to have all the power Id hoped for ,but remember I was used to the 6 cylinder, so anything is going to be an improvement. Mechanically its done for a while, cosmetics will be next....but Im going to drive it some, and get to know her again before I go any further. Great to hear from you again. and hope you car is coming along nicely. Take care:3gears:

Glad to hear it turned out so good... I had a feeling it would though. I can't remember which cam we were talking about that day. PM or email me with the details some time, if you want.
Maybe I'll see you at Norwalk, or the BPG nats?
