    WOW!! Awesome !

Aluminum heads on that thing and it would probably flip over. LOL

Short shifting like that probably cost quite a bit of time, can't wait to hear what the car does when the trans is working right! Keep up the good work, thanks for sharing.

    alec296 i need another buick

Just talked to a guy putting a small Chevy into a skylark because he pulled engine to rebuild and shop told him it will still just be a Buick 350. He would think different if he seen this.

And the "shop" knows how to build a Buick motor. They so happened to have a sbc they could sell him for just a "little" more than the SBB work would be. +, trans adapter, + + + +

Yes . easy to sell "4 bolt main" and impress with a simple combo that anyone can build.

With a wheel stand like that, I'd say so.

Just chatted with Gary, nope, no Trans brake.
A brake is legal in this class, but Owen does not have a trans brake in his car.

Troy, is there any chance you can tell us what the heads max flow is on the in. and ex.?

And how about some more specific cam specs? like duration @ .050" numbers if you can?

    Thanks for all your help.

That kind of launch is typical of the faster Stock/Super Stock class cars. That's why they are great to watch.

I won't lie, my dream is street wheelies.

Motorcycles get to do then at will any time any place, I don't need a bumper drag, just a few inches of air under the wheels and id be very content with things.

Only thing left, I can burn the tires down to the rim, I can chirp gears on part throttle shifts, I just need a little light under the front rubber........

Just being able to spin the tires from a dead dig would be OK by me.
