hm.. i don't recall what it was. but next time i go by there i will make it a point to have the guy let me check out the interior (take photos) and i will tell him i have some potential parts buyers. p
Sometimes the voice in my head talks to me.It's saying, did you see that 400 & all of the BB brackets, fan shroud, non ac box& whatever else goodies on that beautifull, long, lean, sweet, mean, dragon wagon, machine?
a couple of nailheads in a 59 invicta wagon I loaded a 364 into a 59 invicta wagon for a car guy in switzerland. I found the 364 in a 58 parts car and single handedly loaded it into the back. I tipped a snowmobile trailer carying the 364 to the same level as the 59 'floor', bridged the gap with a piece of plywood, and pulled the motor on the plywood skid using a come along braced at the rear of the rear passenger door openings. And they said it couldn't be done. John
Sorry Alan, I was mistaken...........Eggs turns cars so fast, that I don't get to see about half of 'em. Its a gone motha'! :3gears:
Alan, that's the wagon I draged home from Kentucky just for the trishield grill emblem.Traded a 455 for it.Turned around ,put a different 455 in it and crazy Rick bought it. RATROASTER said it best It's a gone motha' BTW It ran great when I was done with it.(thanks Joe for the SF camshaft) :TU:
update hey guys, i finally got back there the other day and checked out the wagon again. Alan, it does not have power windows, only door locks. Eggs, it doesn't appear to have the aluminum drums from what i could see. and i thought Alan asked about the rear interior panels? those actually looked good from what i could tell but the guys working there make it sound like they don't like parting out cars.. they are trying to sell them whole. hell maybe someday ill have a moldy 69 wagon to cruise in!! see y'all at the nat's!!! :beer
