I have to give myself a bad review because I let myself and a board member/friend down. A while back he put a car up for sale and I wanted it. I made arrangements for the money and then told him I would take it. The one detail I did not take care of was making sure the Mrs was onboard. She came unhinged because the garage was full and the driveway was full and she made it clear this was not going to fly. To be honest I was embarrassed and didn't want to tell Mike "my wife said no" so I didn't move the transaction along past that point. I've had several deals with him over the years and I totally flaked in this case. I've apologized to him and now left myself well deserved negative feedback.
I give you a thumbs up for your public apology and for your honesty. ..........Sometimes things just don't work out how you had hoped.
