Stage2 headers - long set and shorty set

Have a set of TA shorties that I bought pretty recently off the board and no longer need them. They are powder coated. Comes with a cut off piece of 3" exhaust pipe with each that bolts up to them.
1 7/8" primaries

Shorties - SOLD

Stage2 long headers, brand unknown. 2 1/8" primaries. Not beat up or scraped but do have a few dents. Found a real small pin hole on #5 tube while blasting them. That header looks to be more pitted internally than the other one.

I would like to buy that long set from you.. so tell me, if I send you two boxes (your going to put one header in each box) including the UPS tags for shipping, and a bank check for $300, will you tape the boxes up and install one header in each box, and then stick the tag on each box, and either hand them to a UPS guy, or drop them at anyplace that ships UPS from the public?

If so, you can consider them sold, and I will order the boxes.

Ya, that's ok, I don't expect perfection for half the price of new.. I can deal with it, I will braze it up and then have them coated inside and out, and still have less money in them than a new set. I stupidly traded away a brand new set of these ceramic coated AC equipped car Stage 2 headers to a customer years ago.. for the non AC ones, and have grown to hate the number 4 pipe that crosses right in front of the number 6 and 8 plugs.

A word to anyone buying new Stage 2 headers.. buy the ones for an AC car, even if you don't have AC.. you won't be sorry, and you won't burn your hands and your spark plug wires up.

Do me a favor Chris, with the headers laying on the ground like you have them in the pics, measure the length, width and height off the ground on both of them, and give me the biggest dimensions for each, so I can order the correct boxes.

Those long headers look to be exactly like the 2-1/8" headers on my '72. The set I have were purchased from T/A in the 1990s.

 

Yes these were last run in the mid 1990's in a 70GS.
