Sorry I've taken so long to close the loop on this thread. I did finally get the brakes successfully bled. Thanks, Larry, for the tip about using a c-clamp on the hold-off valve. That was definitely helpful. If nothing else, I hope this thread is useful to others down the line... Thanks to all for the help!
