Car was bought in 2010 in Utah. Car was previously owned by an elderly woman and had not been driven in quite some time. Car was stored under an outdoor covered area, with the back end slightly exposed to the elements. This preserved the interior quite well. Due to the rear being exposed, the trunk is a bit rusted, and the trunk bed/floor has rusted through in some areas.

Interior is in wonderful shape. Front seat has a few stitches missing, but other than that, great shape. Dashboard is still spongy. Headliner is in great shape. Seatbelts work, and still have the rich blue GM color. Original radio and speaker still work (AM only!) Interior dome light, dash lights and other lights all still work. High beams work. Everything works and is functional. It is quite impressive.

The body is in decent shape. It seems to have been in an accident before I owned it, and the drivers rear has quite a bit of bondo work. The front driver fender has also been replaced it seems, as the original base color of the fender does not match (it was painted). All of this was before I owned it, but when we looked closely after purchase, this is what we found.

First modifications were the new intake with a new carb. The carb was custom tuned by a member on v8buick.com (Everyday Performance) and the intake was purchased new from TA performance.

Also, new rally wheels were bought on the internet. Wheels were dirty and needed quite a bit of cleaning and then painted.

Next was a completely new rear end from AZ Diff. Gears are 3:42, with Eaton posi.

All the work above was done when I lived in Arizona.

    Then, moved to California -

Most recently, we replaced the CAM with a TA Performance Cam (TA-284), new timing gear, and a full exhaust using 2.5 inch stainless as well as ceramic coated doug headers.

Car has some minor rust from it’s Utah days it seems. The usual spots are affected. See pictures.
