thank you all for your prayers it has been hard waiting but he called just a bit ago he is ok, he can not tell me anything besides that and said that he want to go fishing in a qute place when he gets home on leave and said good by Dad, see you when i see you its very hard right now, but this is what he wanted i still rember him being this 10 year old boy, standing in front of the sign at the sault ste. marie canal with the castle on the side it said built by army corp of engineers at 10 he said i can do that ; - ) at 19 he had that castle pinned to his uniform, and i couldn't have been more proud i saved that picture, and showed it to his sargents, all they could do is smile he took top honors in his graduating class of 212 men thank you Greg
Great to hear that he is OK. My son is in the Marine Corp. He's at Camp Pendleton now and his cousin is presently still in Afghanistan. It is tough when you have family in harms way, especially this time of year. God bless them all!
Glad your son is ok.You should be very proud of him.Tell him thanks for his service to our country. :TU:
As a vet.I shed a couple before the prayers and also after thanking God for him been safe right now, praying that he will be home soon safe and sound.BrunoD.
the pictures are of brian at age 10, and 22 now, looking at the picture he is the one in the lower left corner thanks Greg
Glad to hear Brian is OK. 40 years ago I was a scared kid in the army away from home for the first time at Christmas, it sucks! I know how proud you must be of him and how relieved your whole family must be knowing he is well. I hope he knows how many folks at home are grateful for his service. God Bless
Greg, I am so glad that Brian is safe right now. I remember briefly meeting him 7 or 8 years ago when you took me parts chasing to all those little yards. He sure has grown up eh!! Keep the faith, I'm sure he will be fine.:TU:
