The 3M 76 tomato red seems to be color of choice for the rocker panels. I have been informed that has been discontinued by them. I unfortunately am unable to get a Prostripe brand color chart to compare their color to 3M's. Does anyone her have knowledge whether Prostripes color is close or comparable? Or if someone has the paint code that matches the emblem that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million.

I used International Harvester (IH) red paint in a rattle can, years ago and it is still good.

I just use whatever 1/4" red pinstripe tape I can find. No one has ever cried about it.

What do you clean the old paint off with? Acetone? Thinner?

Lacquer thinner or acetone with 0000 steel wool

    Worst case use toluene.

I used the correct-width, red pin striping tape from Autozone. It ended up being a pretty close match and is a lot easier than trying to paint.
