When ordering this kit and using a stock Posi, the supplied bolts will NOT work as they are a 11/16 head!! Why I do not know but it's too large. So now I got ARP's on the way ,.. thanks Richmond ha
I used the Motive kit. The biggest disappointment was the lousy selection of shims..... a lot of duplicate sizes for the pinion, and the carrier shims were sized to be installed between the carrier and the bearing, not between the bearing and housing. I certainly wasn't going to press carrier bearings on and off to change shims to get the backlash right.
