First day out after I took the Riv out of storage, I'm driving to work (my chevy blew the bottom end, so this is a week early for the wakeup) I haven't even hosed off the winter dust on her yet, and the 1st stoplight I come to some rice pulls up. light turns green and I just go normally. It took a few seconds to realise this guys trying to race, so I give her alittle more gas. He get's about even, then I decide what the heck, and open up the second carb. :laugh: Needless to say the only thing the rice saw after that was my well sculped Riviera rear. mmmm rice, the breakfast of champions. A while later an older mid 80s porsce 944 comes up at another light, and starts looking over the car. I've always liked the styling of Porche so, I'm looking at him too. Light turns green and we go. I open both carb right off the bat, but only alittle on the second. After I hit the speed limit I let off, and let him catch up. He was cool about everything and passed slowly with a HUGE grin on his face. 2 kills one morning, and I NEVER opened up the secondaries on my second carb. BUICKS RULE.
thanx for tha pic!!!!:laugh: now i started bleeding again!!!!! just kidding.... i'm mostly heald up. if someone can help me, i'l post some pics of my engine. but cool color at any rate. i bet the guys jaw dropped before the grin came!!! if it were me, i'd roll the window down, and yell "hit me again i like it"!!!
