    Hi guys,
I got my flywheel resurfaced today and I am curious as to the best way to store it prior to installation.

Do I need to worry about surface rust?

It will probably be a few months before it is running. Thanks for your input.

As already said, spray some light oil all over, and then just clean it off before installing..

I use Fluid Film on anything I store. I spray blocks, heads, etc before I wrap the part in plastic and shelve it. Jim
