If you need a steering wheel done Koch’s from California are the one to call! Had 2 wheels redone recently and they are very nice with warranty! One in red and one in the dark grey!

Are you willing to share what they charge for their service? What's the turn around time?

Your steering wheels look the same as my 63 skylark wheels do.

I would be interested in knowing there charge for service and turn around time as well, if you don't mind sharing.

    TrunkMonkey Totally bananas

The '63 is quite different (as far as the frame and mold) than the 64-65. Koch's has the mold for the 64/65 wheels. (Unless you have a 64/65 wheel in your car)

    I had mine (64) done by Koch's.

This is a '63 wheel I used in my '64 while having my original done.

Are you sitting down!? Wheel recast, color, shipping and insurance a little over $1200! You would have to check on current price as I was part of a group buy through the guys over at 65gs.com and got a little discount! Anything and everything that you can save on restoring these cars is a plus with everything high as a bulls bottom! These took about 5 months and I changed the color of one of the wheels as I sold the car I that I had ordered a saddle wheel for!
