the 275s will fit, but im not sure how well they will do on a 7 inch wide wheel. i have them on mine, but my backspaceing was off so i ended up using longer studs and 3/8 spacers.

You'd be well suited to go with a 15" X 10" rim so the tire squats more - I do not think they will work with a 7" rim.

It should fit with the right BS and tire combo. Id go over to turbobuicks.com - they are tons of threads on tire/rim combos and what works and what doesn't.

4 inch is the perfect back spacing on your Regal. Each car sits a little different so the rear end is never truly centered on these cars (not that I've seen) The 275-60-15 will fit on your 7 inch wheel fine, however, if your trying to get maximum traction, you would go with a wider wheel for for contact patch. For running around on the street you"ll be fine. depending how low you want the car to sit will effect how wide you can go. At stock ride hieght with some air bags to control spring rate, you can run more tire than you"ll probably need. I like them low so I've done some surgery on mine. Josh is right about the turbo site, they have dozens of threads devoted to this very subject.

I wouldn't try and fit a 10" wheel. From my search over on turbobuick.com, a 9.5" wheel with a 4.75 backspace and a 275 tire is the widest you can go without a frame notch. But, you'll still have to roll your fender lips.
