I know that one can interchange the front sway bars off an F BODY from '70-'81 for the Skylark/ GS's, what about for the rear?

You can buy the rear ones new from www.opgi.com or www.nationalpartsdepot.com

Rears are only available on A-body and 70-2 Monte Carlo and 69-72 Grand Prix. You won't find one from a salvage yard.

GM stocks them in most of there depots as well and probably less than the after market as well

I usually just order one for a 70 SS chevelle they seem to understand that easier

So Ken, how do I go about getting one from these G.M. depots?

Just go into your local GM dealer and ask for a rear sway bar for a 1970 Chevelle and they should be able to get it with in a few days. I usually buy the rear control arm boxing plates from OPG as they are an exact match for the stock GM parts
