I will be swaping a 2bl. manifold to go with a 4bl. manifold. Is there anything that I might over look, as far as brackets, or other problems to look out for.
    I have a 1970 Skylark with a 350.
What carb jets, rods, and secondaries should I start with?
Is there anything need for the tranny?
    Thanks

Just make sure you put the PCV valve grommet in the intake BEFORE you put it on the car, may be a good idea to stuff the pcv valve in there too, if the grommet falls in, you have to pull the manifold.

all the brackets, fuel lines, vac lines, etc should go right in.

I have a 70 350, I have 70 jets and 45b rods, they seem to work pretty good, they may be a hair on the rich side. I tried 68 jets and 44b rods, but it was too lean and the car ran like crap. I think I have CT secondary rods on a J or L hanger... (the secondary rods were what I had, some power can probably be had on the top end if I ever took the time to get the exact "right" ones.)

Its also easier to put the t-stat in with the manifold off, the housing makes a good handle when you are trying to muscle that heavy intake in.
