A friend of mine passed away and went to the funeral and felt he passed to soon at 52! The part that hurts is he wasn't so hardheaded and gone to the hospital he may still be around. Please all, if you think somethings wrong, have it addressed, life is to short!
Sorry to hear about your friend Al. Male stubbornness is hard to figure. When I lost a close friend a few years ago, he said don't be stubborn like me That was enough for me to get checked when things may not be right. I know where I'm going, although I have a lot to get done before I move on. Prayers for your friends family and his friends.
I know many of us are guilty of this medical avoidance. I have been lucky so far... So sorry for your loss, that is way too young to go.
Yes, way too soon. Must hurt a lot I know. What helps me when dealing with death is I know it’s a part of life. Albeit maybe, just maybe not the best part. But maybe it is! One thing for sure each and everyone of us won’t know until it happens to us… So hang in there Al. Please try to look at your friends life as a positive. Have a feeling you are or will after the discomfort decreases a bit each day.
I like what John wrote…moving on. Could be moving on means better things for all of us after our death.
