These switches are correct for '71 and '72 Skylark/GS. All but one came out of a 1971 Skylark. All 5 switches work in both positions as I have tested all of them with my multi-meter. Even the switch that says "Bad" seems to be working fine. Cosmetically, the 4 position is the best one with some minor bubbling and some scratches. The 4 single switches are about the same with a few more scratches than the 4 position switch.
