Hey guys, I run 3:73 gears with a 27" tall Hoosier QT. Haven't been back to the track for a few yrs but in '07 or '08 my GS ran a 11.33 @ 121 1.65 60ft. Combo is 464 with TA STG 1 SE heads. 290-08HL cam, TH350 with a 258mm Coan converter
3.08 in an 8.5 with an Eaton Posi courtesy of Monzaz, TH350 with 2500 stall, Mild built 455, 295/50R15s on the rear. No ETs yet as I have never been down the quarter mile. I definitely have to feather the throttle on launch to keep the tires from roasting. (practicing:laugh I would guess mid to high 13's. Maybe you guys would have a better estimate. Cliff
Get 'er to the track:TU: I started a bit over a year ago, went from a 15.05 first pass (350 GS) to a best so far 13.65 with a bad trans. Its fun, and addicting! Get 'er running awesome at the track, and it will feel AWESOME on the street! Don't be intimidated by the 1/4 mile, theres pick up trucks, 4 door sedans and every other vehicle you can think of at TNT night, plus a lot of friendly people. I'd guess your about 13.5, quicker if you get Drag radials, BUT you don't know till you go:TU:
464, turbo 400, 8" ATI converter, 12 bolt, spool, 4.30 gear, 29" tire 1.43 best 60' and runs 6.80's in the 1/8.
