I counted a few shy of 100 Buicks today (the show started Thursday I think so there may have been more). Today's weather was perfect. Lots of cool and interesting Buicks. Sorry for some blocked views/compromised angles, there was a lot of spectators. I have more photos to add past these later tonight, gotta go for now...

    Kevin,

Sorry we didnt meet up, I rushed through the show and headed out to check out at '71 GS project. How NICE was that '53 skylark?! Whoever did the body work on that car was master. My favorites were the '71 GS 4 speed convert, the blue sporty (car was laser straight, and of course the '70 GSX. This year was the first time I ever bought something at the flea market. I scored a nice 72 GS grille for a good price. I wish I could have stayed longer, it was a beautiful day. A customer of ours sleeps in his ivory '65 Cadillac Eldorado conver throughout the weekend. He said people scattered because of the rain yesterday.

No problem, today we made it but originally planned to go on Sat, so I didn't make any arrangements to meet up with anyone, maybe at a future event we can meet up, that would be nice. With the 2 little ones (4 & 2 y.o.) we kinda wing it and see how long they last. We raced thru the swap meet late (around 3pm) and most sellers were long gone, but funny thing was that the very 1st spot I looked at rounding the corner, right on the ground was a pair of 64 Skylark taillights plus the big aluminum center piece for the rear cove. Hell, I only saw one 64 A body in the whole show and it was a Skylark vert so seeing those parts was cool.

Thanks, I think the '71 GS 4 speed convert was mine, GSX = Ken B's.

I was there with the Buicks on Saturday with my Red 53 Buick Woodie, but lined up on Sunday with my buddies in the National Woodie Club . We had 15 woodies there on Sunday.

    Louie,

You got it. Sorry, I'm usually never around my car until ready to go home. May be going to Hershey Sunday.

We usually go to Hershey in October. Sunday I have to put a transmission in my sisters car and I picked up a '71 GS that is getting delivered saturday so I will be playing with that.
