Pay $ to transport hood from KY to MN (or to Chicago)

Hello all,

I am looking for anyone who may be driving from Kentucky to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area or from Kentucky to the Chicago, Illinois area.

I have located a hood that I desperately need for my 69 Riviera, but have no real good way to get it shipped.

I live in Minnesota, but travel to Chicago on a regular basis. If you are traveling and could transport the hood to either the Minneapolis or Chicago area for me (or even within 100 miles of these areas), I would be happy to make it worth your while. ray:

Wow! I am truly amazed at the response to this request. I guess us Buick folks stick together.

Well, I am at themercy of whatever/whoever can assist. I am under no time crunch (however I don't know if Jeff is in a hurry to clear up the space and get rid of the hood).

To recap - The hood is now in Hardinsburg,Kentucky (60 miles West of Louisville), and I am trying to get it to either Chicago or Minneapolis.

dude also greyhound shipped mine from cali to south east ky for 70 bucks i dont know if i told you that

it was a 66 gs so there pretty heavy hoods too

 

Can't you find one closer to you? I'd think that they are not that hard to find? PM me I have a spot you might be able to find one:TU:
