So I got my package tray cut and preliminary installed. Does it just sit there? Is there padding underneath? Do you put like a dynamat material on top of the metal package tray? Thanks, Nick
Usually there is precut 'jute' padding underneath the package tray. It is available from Legendary, but you can use under carpet 'jute' and make your own. Just search 'Under carpet padding' It is available at Lowe's and other home service stores.
Thanks! Looks like I bought the trunk divider and divider jute padding and not the package tray jute padding. I'll have to check into that one. Too bad Legendary doesn't show a picture of the actual package tray jute padding.
