I recently became the proud owner of a 69 Buick skylark custom convertible. I’ve been slowly switching the non OEM parts back to stock and have questions. First is this overflow correct ? All the pictures I’ve seen have never had this overflow..
Yours isn’t factory; Buick didn’t install them until ‘70. The ‘70-up unit can be installed in a ‘68-9; it’s what I’ve seen retrofitted and looks ‘factory’. Patrick
There is a technically correct overflow for the car that was available as an over the counter kit from Buick dealers for the 68 and 69. They are getting hard to find.
