I bought it at CVS. It is 1:24 scale, if I remember correctly. It is in my cube at work so I can't check the scale right now.

UPDATE! It is 1:24 scale and it is made by Maisto.

A post that is 17 years long. That's history in itself. I still have my faithful 2006 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 Off Road that I purchased new 15 years ago yesterday, here in Jackson, MS, the day after Hurricane Katrina came through. 115,000 miles, very reliable. Handy to have around.

I've been looking for a GTO for a while, and my wish list was VERY short. This one finally fit the bill., It's a 1970, 400 4-speed.

    Super nice!
1970 is my absolute favorite year for the GTO's. Mater of fact when I was looking for a GSX but in my search for that back in the day, came across the Reynolds Stg2 car. Before that, my friend had a white ALL matching numbers original '70 4-speed ram air 4 Judge he was willing to sell me. (original paint but needed a restoration)
He would sell it to me but he talked me out of it to give me time for what I really wanted... a Buick.
I was (-) this close to pulling the trigger on the Judge. If he didn't talk me out of it to give me time for more looking, I would have never came across the Reynolds car.

Ive had this 74 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 4 speed for about 11 years. Finally got it finished enough to race it at this years Pure Stock drags.
In the picture is my buddy Jeff's 70 Skylark post car with a 350...ran a 13.88 @100 at the race this year.

This was my brother's work vehicle, he owned a roofing company. He passed away in 2016 from cancer at the age of 47. I bought it from his estate and have done a lot to it since. It's a vehicle that I will probably never get rid of.

I recently sold my '63 Biscayne and almost instantly regretted it. At least it went to a good home with a guy that works where I do, so I get to see it now and then. I found a replacement for it today. It's a '66 with a 396, TH400, 3.73 posi, disc brakes, a/c and is in gorgeous condition inside and out, top and bottom. Here it is:

I bought it today and the seller is going to deliver it to me tomorrow. Wow, that was fast.

Love it! Looks to be a’66, though. One of my dream cars.

I once asked my great uncle what cars he owned; he certainly had class (and consistency).
I only ever saw the '76; he passed in '86 still owning it.

Besides the 72 Stage 1 4speed car, and the silver 73 Gran Sport, the other old bomb out in the garage is this 57k mile 1978 Z/28 Camaro.
Story I got was the original owner ordered a Silver Z/28. He kept calling the dealership asking if his car was in, kept getting told, "Sorry, it's not here yet".
Finally, tired of waiting for the past due delivery date, he drives to the dealership and finds a wrecked silver Z/28 in the dealer body shop they were trying to quietly fix.
Guy says No way, and takes a Black with gold stripes car off the lot.....THIS CAR!
He drove it in summers for ten years, then in 1989, he had it completely taken apart and did a color change to make it the car he ordered and never got.
Sorry so long, it was worth mentioning, as the color change is so thorough, and so professionally done, only the trim tag and the window sticker would ever tell you it started life as a black car.
I bought it for my 14 year old boy.
We raced it this year at the factory stock drags and the Pure Stock Muscle Car Drag Race.
Bone stock engine went 14.60 back in June. Replacement engine .060 over with 1&1/2 point extra compression( allowed in rules) brought us to 9.5to1, car went 13.57 in September.

A drunk driver decided I didn’t need my caprice anymore a few months ago so that’s mostly taken apart in the garage to live on elsewhere. 119D5E27-E3E0-4473-8172-1BBDE83E8268.jpeg

Here’s the replacement. Not what I was looking for but the price was right which let me squirrel away a bit more for my Buick fund and it’s super clean inside and out. 8C302919-0213-46FC-AA70-9D041376FC6D.jpeg
